Salesframe Feature Descriptions
User modules
Salesframe is divided into four main modules (Home, Build, Showroom, Follow Up) for users, as well as additional modules for admins. The home module is also where the user can find content to add to their presentations. The content is divided into multiple categories, depending on their source. On the left side of the home module is the navigation, which can be hidden if the user is working on a small resolution device.
Home
The home module is where the user first lands when logging onto Salesframe. It has a personalized greeting, light branding in the form of a logo and a background image and two feeds: notifications and messages.
Notifications
The notification feed keeps the user up to date with what’s happening with their Salesframe tool.
Memosite opens
This is a notification the user receives, when a memosite they have sent has been opened.
Accepting shared presentation
This is a notification the user receives when another user has shared a presentation with them. They can either accept the presentation or not. If they accept it, the presentation will be added into their My Presentations list.
Messages
The message feed is where the user sees any messages sent to them by the admin or by the Salesframe team.
Admin messages
The admin can send messages from the top of the message feed to their users. These messages will appear in the users’ message feeds.
Starred
The starred content is content which the user has starred using the thumbnail toolbar on any file.
My Files
My Files is content uploaded by the user themselves. These are divided into categories by the user themselves. Exceptions to this are Added files (files added by user but not sorted yet), Custom slides (slides created using the custom slides feature) and Video greetings (videos recorded by the user when creating a memosite). The user can upload files, add links and move and delete files, as well as create, rename and delete categories, except for the aforementioned categories, which are system defined.
Library
The library is a structured way of finding material curated by the admin. The library folder structure and contents are defined by the admin and can’t be modified by users.
File Explorer
The file explorer is the main part of the Build module. It’s where all the content is located in the form of thumbnail content cards.
Content card
The content card is how files are managed in the file browser. They’re thumbnails of the file. By selecting a content card and clicking Add, the files are added to the presentation deck. When hovered over with the mouse or selected, the content card reveals file specific controls: Info (which shows some basic info about the file), Preview (which enlarges the file for preview), Download (which downloads the file to the device), Flag (which lets the user flag the file for notes or errors to the admin) and Star (which adds the file in the user’s starred files category in My Files)
Search
The content search allows the user to search for folders and content in a flexible way. It shows both folders and content matching with the user’s search terms and allows the user to add content directly from the search modal to their presentation decks.
Showroom
The showroom is a way to present the folder structure and browse for contents in a branded, visual way that’s meant for customer facing situations.
Folder structure
The folder structure in the showroom is the same as in the build module unless the admin has hidden folders from one or the other module to differentiate them. The structure is customizable in its look and animated.
Content tab

The expanded view also shows the user the content of the memosite as thumbnails, along with slide specific average view times. The user can also copy the link to the memosite and access the sessions view.
Sessions
The sessions view shows the same data as the expanded list item, but shows the user session specific data from every time the memosite has been opened in chronological order.
