Roll out Salesframe with people who live for sales
Getting your content, teams and tools to play nicely together is not magic, but it is easier when you do it with someone who has done it many times already.
We help you plan the rollout, clean up content and make sure Salesframe ends up in real meetings, not just in a training deck.
Implementation in four phases
-
Kick off
We start by understanding where you are now and what you want Salesframe to fix. Together we clarify goals and preferred ways of working, map your current sales content and use cases and plan the folder structure, user groups and rollout schedule.
-
Setup
In the second phase we get the basics in place. We configure Salesframe and the key integrations you need, train admins and content owners and import content so the first version of your library structure is ready for use.
-
Training
Next we focus on usage, not just features. We run trainings for sellers built around real meetings and follow ups, show how to search content, build stories and send with tracking and run a light “video greeting school” so people feel comfortable using all the core parts of Salesframe.
-
Support
After go live we stay close. We keep regular status calls and usage reviews, collect feedback from the field and spar on content and structure and help you expand Salesframe to new teams and markets when you are ready.
If you want help cleaning things up before rollout, we offer content audit and mapping as an additional service. It is usually a quick three step exercise.
Add-on service - Content audit and mapping
-
We start with a light look at your sales content and processes, how up to date materials are, how easy they are to find and how well they support different stages of your sales process and onboarding. The goal is not a huge report, just a clear picture of where you are.
-
Next we turn that into a simple content map, which materials exist, who uses them, which segment or decision level they serve and whether they are mainly for presenting or sending. We also look at how often they are actually used so you see the difference between core pieces and “nice to have” stuff.
-
With that in place it is much easier to decide what should go into Salesframe as is, what needs rewriting and what can be archived. New or updated pieces get a small checklist, who they are for, which stage they support, what the goal is and who owns them. You end up with a lean set of content that earns its place in the library.
Add-on service- Benefit calculators & sales tools
If you want to go beyond slides, we can run small add on projects to build benefit calculators or simple sales tools inside Salesframe.
They can show the impact of choosing you in euros or support pricing talks with a clear margin view instead of a spreadsheet.
Each tool uses your own numbers and logic, so sellers walk customers through the same clear story every time. You can treat this as a small separate project once the basics are live, or bundle it into the rollout.
Add-on service - Sales Enablement sparring
If you want a broader view than just the tool setup, sales enablement sparring is available as an add on service. We have worked with sales content and field sales enablement for more than a decade, so you don’t have to start from a blank page.
It can be for example:
Workshop – a focused session to clarify where Salesframe fits, what you want to fix and what “good” looks like
Planning support – a short series of sessions to shape your content, processes and internal enablement plan
Review and next steps – an outside view on your current setup with a concrete list of what to change and in which order
Book a short meeting and we’ll map out what your Salesframe rollout and add-on services could look like.
