Part 1: The pre-meeting strategy
For the first stage of this process, Lauri explains his pre-meeting strategy with customers.

To give a good first impression, he sends a personalized video greeting to each customer ahead of their meeting. The video is usually 60 to 90 seconds long, and he tries to introduce himself and the product as quickly as possible and go over the agenda.

By being as memorable and interesting as possible, he hopes to reduce any stress the customer may feel when meeting a new person, because they've already β€œmet” him a little bit.
